Our History
The Indianapolis-Marion County Building Authority was established in 1953 as an independent municipal
corporation whose purpose is to serve the needs of local government in acquiring, financing, constructing, and managing building projects of a substantial nature.
For over 70 years we’ve been serving the City of Indianapolis and Marion County with pride, professionalism, and service excellence.
